The homeowner bought several lake-front lots to make this dream home possible. The property is gated with fully surrounding privacy fence, two boat docks loaded with water craft and toys. Mark Shattuck worked closely with the homeowner to ensure ever room had an amazing lake view while ensuring privacy and functionality throughout the design. As with all custom homes, this project required a team effort between all influencers – the architect, builder, landscape architect, interior designer, and the homeowner.

The Main house
The front door opens into a large vaulted great room with panoramic lake views beyond. A large double-sided fireplace is detailed in large river rocks for a stunning feature. The dining room and large kitchen both open to covered proches for indoor-outdoor enjoyment.
